If year-end burnout has you feeling toasty, you’re not imagining it — and you’re definitely not alone. Between deadlines, holiday pressure, and the constant emotional labor of mission-driven work, many leaders head into January already exhausted.
Beloved Breakfast Club, hosted by Building Beloved Communities, is a supportive, practical reset designed to help you start the year grounded instead of scrambling.
This program is intentionally simple and human-scaled. Over four weekly morning sessions, you’ll explore tools and practices that help reduce burnout, clarify priorities, and make your workdays feel more sustainable — without adding more to your plate.
You’ll join a small cohort of peers who understand the realities of nonprofit and mission-driven work, creating space for reflection, connection, and honest conversation alongside practical skill-building.
What you’ll gain:
Tools to manage overwhelm and prevent burnout from creeping back in
Supportive structure without pressure or performative productivity
Space to reflect on your capacity, boundaries, and rhythms
Practical practices you can carry forward into your daily work
This is not about doing more — it’s about creating enough breathing room to do what matters well.
